💬 Messages from Allegro buyers

Allegro messages in the panel and on the order card. Reply templates and an auto-reply to the first message.

What you will see

  • The "Messages" inbox in the menu: a list of Allegro threads. Filters: shop, thread type (general message or after-sale issue), state, "unread only", search by login, text and order number.
  • A "Messages" tab on the order card: threads linked to that order. If there are none, you can write to the buyer straight from the order.
  • An unread counter next to "Messages" in the menu.

How to reply

Open a thread, type your reply and send it. It goes to Allegro immediately. You can insert a ready text from reply templates (Settings → Message templates). Opening a thread marks it as read.

Auto-reply

In the Allegro shop settings, section "Messages and auto-reply", you can enable an automatic answer to the buyer's first message. A separate text is used for after-sale issues. The auto-reply answers once per thread and only when you turn it on. emoms never writes to buyers on its own.

Where the messages come from

The scheduled task "Buyer messages (Allegro)" fetches threads and messages every 15 minutes. Threads are visible in the inbox from the first run. The auto-reply and automation rules react only to messages newer than the moment you enabled them, so they never answer old correspondence. A new buyer message is an event for automation rules.

When creating the task leave "Max errors" empty. A refused auto-reply counts as a run error and the limit would disable the whole task.
