🔁 Allegro offers: end at zero stock, resume after delivery

An offer without stock ends by itself and comes back after delivery. Per-offer mode: automatic or manual.

Why

Allegro does not accept a stock of 0. An offer without stock must be ended and, after delivery, resumed. emoms does this automatically in the "Offers" step of the "Send products to shop" task, quick method. After each run the task log shows: "Offers: ended N, resumed M, awaiting approval K".

Where to enable it

Allegro shop settings → "Marketplace" tab → section "Ending and resuming offers":

  • End offer at zero stock (enabled by default).
  • Resume offer after delivery (disabled by default): offers ended by the automation come back on their own once stock reaches the minimum.
  • Also resume pre-existing ended offers: revives offers ended manually in the Allegro panel too. By default those wait for your approval.
  • Limits and safety valves: minimum stock, resume window in days, grace period between attempts, per-run and per-day limits, maximum percentage of offers ended per run. Numeric fields have a minimum of 1; entering 0 does not switch a feature off, the switches do.

Exceptions

  • Per product: on the product card, shop tile: "End at zero" and "Resume after delivery" = inherit / never / always.
  • Per offer: the "Offers to resume" screen, column "Resume mode" = as shop / automatic / manual.

Requirements

Allegro only. Requires the offer mirror (the "Fetch products" task), offer-to-ERP pairing and a quick-method send task.
